Q. Are you mobile?

A. To some extent, yes. If you live in Fairford or within a sensible cycling distance, I can come to you. Alternatively, you can book in at Lakeside Business Park, South Cerney.

Q. How do I book?

A. Please visit the Book Online page on the website and select the date and time you would like to book for. Once you've filled in all of your details you will receive an email confirmation of your booking. Please check your junk email folder if this doesn't arrive in your inbox.

Q. If you are coming to me, do you require access to water?

A. Yes, if you have booked for me to come to you, I will require access to an outside tap (preferably not too far from the vehicle access) and the ability to plug in an power extension lead.

Q. How long does a clean take?

A. This depends on which service you have booked and how soiled your vehicle is. Please see the Services page for estimated timings but please allow longer for heavily soiled vehicles. Please also allow a little extra time should the weather not be on my side.

Q. The date and time I am wanting to book is not available. What should I do?

A. As I am still in education, I am unfortunately only able to open up a small amount of dates during term time. During the school holidays you will find much more availability. However, if there is a date during term time that you would like and you are available for me to pamper your vehicle in the afternoon after school has finished, please get in touch by clicking here.

Q. How and when do I pay you for the clean?

A. All payments are to be made in cash after the clean is complete.

Q. I've asked a question via your website but I haven't had a response?

A. All queries are responded to as quickly as possible. Please check your email junk folder for the response as quite often it gets filtered into there.
